This is a workout that I've created for men over 40 + who want to create a stronger core. This is a workout for men who are single and trying to rebuild their lives after starting over. These workouts are designed to help you have a workout partner and to create a safe space where you can rebuild your lives.

This is a yoga cardio workout that is not going to intimidate you with all of the yoga terms. I want to create my own workout that incorporates the principles of the practice and put my own spin on things.
