How I Wound Up in The Latham on 13th Floor | Begging, Working and Hustling During Pandemic | PWPTSD

Listen to me tell my story about how I wound up in The Latham in the middle of Center City Philadelphia, in The French Quarter, in fact, just northeast of Rittenhouse Square. I sort of wound up here after being rejected by another property management company. I've rented from Pearl Properties before, and had a perfect record, if you will, of paying rent in the past with them when I resided in a studio in Pine View Apartments directly above Dirty Franks Bar on 13th and Pine Streets. They kind of remembered me and listened to my story. (and I had enough in savings bc of working)

However, these days, I'm managing PTSD after too many traumatic events and could use any and all emotional and/or financial support I can get.

If you'd like to donate, I would be ever so grateful.
I have Venmo @Erin-Vans
or Paypal - paypal.me/sharonreneecole

In addition, there are links to a book I published, a gofundme page for family members and a buymeacoffee link on my About Page and on my channel's banner.

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer. I truly do appreciate you hearing and listening to my story and understanding my situation.
