Why I avoid the label 'Writer.'

Thought I'd do another 'roll of the mic' thoughts on paper thing.
I've been writing stories for ten years, I co-own a website for it and I've published several books but the label of 'writer' makes my skin crawl. I thought I'd explain why here.
