RPE 7 week has begun and the climb to a peak for Chance Shaw begins.

The weight is feeling lighter and easier than ever.

I am loving taking my strength more seriously than I've ever done before. The gains are addictive, the system is working and my goals and dreams are getting closer and closer to being able to be reached.
