The "Round Building" Capital bulding in Sante Fe New Mexico 1912 Statehood

The Capital building in Sante Fe, New Mexico built in 1900, New Mexico became a State in January 6, 1912, President William Taft signed the proclamation admitting New Mexico as the 47th state of the Union, I feel bad I was not able to make it to the Palace of Governors there in Santa Fe. In 1610, Pedro de Peralta, the newly appointed governor of Santa Fe de Nuevo México covering most of the modern American Southwest, began construction on the Palace of the Governors.
