Harajuku Thailand is a newly opened attraction that spans over 48 acres in Thailand’s Nhong Jok district near Bangkok. The establishment’s name comes from the name of a historic train station in Japan which was remodeled after the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

Harajuku Thailand was founded with the aim of bringing the old-school Harajuku Railway Station back to life as well as serve as a landmark where people in Thailand are transferred to Japan.

The traditional wooden Japanese-style shopfronts with pink “Sakura” blossoms cover more than half of the acreage. Some buildings’ walls are decorated with paintings while others are dotted with prints of Japanese characters.

At this market, there is a wide range of Thai food and Japanese cuisines that visitors can enjoy either in the restaurant or while exploring around the area.

Only an hour drive from the heart of Bangkok, Harajuku Thailand is where you can travel and shop in Japan without dealing with currency exchange and airport security.

If you miss Japan you can pay a visit to reproduce the soothing ambience of Japanese attractions that you have missed at this market.
