Parashat Va’eira: Exodus 6:2—9:35 – Looking Beyond the Signs & Wonders

This week’s Torah portion is found in Exodus 6:2—9:35, where we are introduced to the first seven plagues on Egypt. Join David as he teaches about the importance of looking beyond the signs and wonders to the essence of our Creator. We must recognize the importance of the human element. Hashem revealed His awesome power and essence to the world through Moses, and the Children of Israel looked to Moses as their leader and guide. In much the same way today, we must look to Messiah Yeshua as our leader and guide, as he was and is the ultimate human agent and conduit for Hashem’s Presence in this world.
