Here are some general tips on how to get more protein into your diet without making it too much of a chore. Protein is the least easy macro nutrient to get into your diet because carbs and fats taste so good and are in most foods. This makes it difficult to find high protein foods, unless you know where to look. Meat is a great source of protein but it’s not the most successful to have it all ties because you usually have to cook it and prepared in a meal.
