Crystal Structure and Rietveld Refinement of LaMnO3 (R-3c) using FullProf and VESTA Software
The FullProf program has been mainly developed for Rietveld analysis (structure profile refinement) of neutron (constant wavelength, time of flight, nuclear and magnetic scattering) or X-ray powder diffraction data collected at constant or variable step in scattering angle 2theta.
VESTA (short for Visualisation for Electronic Structural Analysis) is a 3D visualization programme for structural models, volumetric data such as electron/nuclear densities, and crystal morphologies.
