BLM founder's cousin tazed by police, dies 4 hours later of cardiac arrest

This is Keenan Anderson, cousin of BLM's founder. Keenan was high on drugs, tried to steal a car, caused an accident, tried to run from the police, resisted arrest, and was tazed for resisting arrest. He died 4 hours later of cardiac failure. This guy was the epitome of scumbags who deserve to be in prison!
