EP 12 - Why killer Onision is hiding in Milwaukee & 1st murder attempt

Officials from several countries are looking for this criminal for way over a decade. I first went to the police about live-threatening extreme stalking and massive manipulation of sites, such as Facebook back in 2009. The German FBI investigated. They found crimes, but couldn't link it to a specific person.
In the meantime, criminal Onision grew up to become the leader of the world-wide "phenomenon" of "gang" stalking. That's a nicer term for killing people, taking over their identies, and blaming the United States government and its institutions for it.
