MASSIVE JERK CHICKEN & SHRIMP CHALLENGE | Spicy Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Shrimp & Pasta Challenge

SO MUCH FOOD! LOTS OF SPICE! Spicy Jamaican jerk chicken, and Jamaican jerk shrimp! Served on a luxurious Alfredo pasta with some added Jamaican seasonings and coconut! This is the massive Jamaican jerk chicken Rasta pasta challenge from Marco‘s pepper grill. Houston Texas is famous for food trucks. Houston food trucks, operate year-round, and produce everything from the best tacos, and even Caribbean food, southern food, Jamaican cuisine, and American classics! Marcos is at the top among this lineup of taco trucks, and food trucks, but stands out for its Texas sized flavor, Texas sized portions, and unique mix of cultural cuisines like cajun and creole and other food fusion! For today’s challenge, we had 60 minutes to complete what was a $80 giant seafood challenge (grilled shrimp), bbq jerk chicken, and pasta challenge. This Rasta pasta combined the lovely Caribbean cuisine flavors, and a bit of southern flair. Marco’s also utilizes lots of peppers and a fire grill/bbq in their dishes. We were on the quest for the free meal, if successfully completed, otherwise we would be paying for the meal. The staff were awesome, and the food is great with this massive amount of bbq chicken, huge, shrimp, challenge, and huge pasta challenge!
