DR.PAUL BYRNE: BRAIN DEATH VS REAL DEATH - THE SUPPRESSED TRUTH ABOUT ORGAN DONATION/ HARVESTING

Since March 2021, NHS Scotland, England and Wales assume all residents are willing organ donors unless they opt-out (https://www.organdonation.nhs.uk/uk-laws/).
In this case also, there is no real INFORMED CONSENT of what giving 'the gift of life' involves.
Can we really assume that a human is dead while the heart is still beating, all bodily functions except breathing in of air which is supported by ventilator are still active and the person needs to be anesthetized or paralyzed during the organ harvesting? How can the brain death assessment be definitely reliable when there have been people who came back from such a condition and some even testified of hearing and remembering the conversations in their room?
