We joke about "adulting", but why do we struggle with what is supposed to be adult confidence? We lack the hierarchy and community of men whose collective wisdom could answer our questions or bail us out of trouble. It's time we rebuild this community and hierarchy, but that starts with you looking to others for wisdom and counsel. And then being there for your fellow man.
