[Description]
An off-duty member of the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department was caught on camera going hands-on during an unprovoked incident. As admitted by the officer, a bag of candy was accidentally spilled onto his lawn. He accused the parents of littering on his property, but as the parents of the child attempted to clean up the mess, the following ensued.
