*Tomorrow may be one of the most important days in your life.

In this lesson I'm going to teach you how to do basic, effective Bible study. I'm excited about this lesson. I love hermeneutics (🤪). If that sounds like too big a word to throw around it's really not. Everyone uses hermeneutics, just like everyone uses proofs, and just like we need to know if our logic is sound or if we are using logical fallacies, so we need to know what hermeneutics we are using so we can know whether they are valid or not. This lesson will also teach you how to interpret things like the Constitution, or your husband's words.

The lesson is going to be VERY PRACTICAL as far as Bible study. I'm going to give you the principles to follow, then we're going to do it together. The passage we're going to use as an example is Acts 1:1-8, so if you read it ahead of time you will be in a better position to see what we are doing. You're going to be surprised how easy this is. There is a lot more to it, but what we're going to show will get you 90% of the way there!

I really think that personal Bible study is one of the most important tools in your Christian Way of Life (see Basics 26). What I mean is that God is interested in YOU if you are interested in studying His word. He sees those who do and He takes note of them. It is a very special relationship that is built with Him through study. This is the most important relationship you can develop. Reading and studying His word is the way toward intimacy and recognition with God. Untold blessings await this journey when we embark with humility and desire to know our Creator, Savior, and Friend; the One and Only True and Awesome God!

See the attached lesson and come ready to study and have fun!

Grace to you,
Jeremy
