• The idea of “Integrity” is rooted in the idea that you actually “do what you say you are going to do.”

• Agencies should be very careful that if they have Mission Statements, Code of Ethics, or Core Values that the people within the agency, especially those in leadership, live by them.

• The key word for this podcast and for me, this year, is “ACTION.” You will hear this as a fundamental part of what we discuss every week, what are the areas where we must stand up and take action?
