1/4 cup cane sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

Shortbread
1 stick of unsalted butter (8 oz), softened
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 - 1/4 cup cake flour, sifted
