Police duty to prosecute lockdown crimes

Effectively the Lt. Governor of Ontario declared an emergency 3 times without ever once producing ANY due process or evidence to this day.
Due process is guaranteed under the Canadian Bill of Rights - section 5(a).
The Lt. Governor violated due process and Parliament failed to ensure protection of these rights and freedoms in Canada.
