Stop the clean air Zone 4th February Midland station inner ring road Sheffield

From the 27th February commercial vehicles will have to pay to use the Sheffield inner ring road. Vans and Taxis £10 a day and lorries/coaches £50 a day. I believe this will then include cars. All delivering 15 minute smart city prisons.
