T Rex Racing Tail Tidy for Honda CB300R

The Honda CB300R tail is an abomination as it comes from the factory. Seriously, I understand that they were trying to meet regulations and keep costs down, but that is one ugly chunk of plastic.

Enter the tail tidy. There's a ton of options out there, but some are known to have issues with this bike. Others are expensive. Some come with fancy light kits or other accessories. In my case, all I wanted to do was the basics and T-Rex Racing makes that simple. I'll re-use my signals, the plate light shouldn't be too difficult and the rest is simple. Look for the install video later. I won't get to this for a bit, I need to do it on a day off with decent weather and those have been rare lately.

Gear:
Jackets - REV'IT! Eclipse or Scorpion Exo Optima depending on weather.
Helmets - Icon Airform Lycan or Scorpion Exo T510 in high vis.
Gloves - AlpineStars SMX-1 Air V2 or REV'IT! Cassini H2O
Boots - AlpineStars SMX, Either the S boots or 1-R vented low boots
If you have any suggestions for a comfy and practical waterproof option that's affordable, lemme know. I plan to commute on this so I need waterproof footwear at some point.
Pants - Riding jeans from a few companies. REV'IT! Acid 3 H2O overpants for the wet.
Camera - Insta360 X3 and I will be adding a GoPro and audio once I sort it out.
