Pokémon Clover is a ROM hack of Pokémon FireRed initially released in 2015 but updated constantly, with the most recent edition released in 2020, as a community effort by 4chan's /vp/ board. The game, available to download for free, is a parody of 4chan’s imageboard culture as well as a parody of Pokémon as a whole. It thus contains themes and language not suited for the faint of heart. While it shares a lot of similarities with the regular Generation III Pokémon games, it stands out for both a full Pokédex of Fake Pokémon and its introduction of many features from later Pokémon generations using Generation III's game engine.
