Can I beat Jungle but I can't stop Jumping? - Contra

I go back to playing the classic game Contra and seeing If it can be played but I can't stop Jumping. This is Contra gameplay 1987 NES version. I decided to see if I could do a full level so I started off with Stage 1 Jungle.
