Milk and Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel, took 20 ex-bourbon, ex-red wine, and ex-STR casks and placed them on the rooftop of a hotel in the Dead Sea to mature.

According to the website “This single malt is the first ever whisky aged in the lowest place on earth, the Dead Sea. With temperatures climbing as high as 50°C, this whisky is as strong and intense as the conditions under which it was matured in.”

We here at The Whisky Heathens World Headquarters love M&H and are beyond excited to give the Apex range a try. Today going with the Dead Sea edition.
