NOT WANTING TO GO EXERCISE, YET NEED TO (EPISODE 136)

For this episode, I go into discussing how people don't like to exercise even though they don't want to do so. I initially go into how fitness is a friend for you then go into exercise regiments that will benefit you as you go on your fitness journey. Next comes not wanting to go to the gym which is something a lot of people go through. I myself have dealt with this plenty of times. But you have to force yourself even when you don't, yet there are the days where you feel good. And then there are the days you don't feel as good. Now, go into your mind and realize what it is that makes you not go to the gym. Once you get through the tough times and build you can go share with friends and family.
