How do we create a housing continuum in Lethbridge? That question was posed at a recent SACPA session. According to the CAO of the Lethbridge Housing Authority, Robin James, she says there is a need for transitional housing that is currently facing our homeless population and it’s time to change the conversation surrounding our most vulnerable.
