Oven 375 Preheated
Chicken Strips (7 Strips) 2 people,, Purchased from Karns, they are called chicken Strips.
Little Potatoes (6 per person)
Grape tomatoes (Container)
Sliced Mushrooms (Container)
Chicken and tomatoes will bake for 20 - 25 Minutes
Place Chicken strips on one cookie sheet (strips can be mixed with 1 Tbls Mild Wing Sauce in a bowl previous to placing on sprayed tray) Season with a salad dressing instead if wing sauce is not your thing.
Grape tomatoes on another cookie sheet (spray tomatoes with olive oil and seasoned with garlic salt
Place in oven
Meanwhile place little potatoes in Micro for 3-4 minutes till softened,
then put in oven alongside the tomatoes. This will crisp up potatoes.
Next use sliced mushrooms sprayed with olive oil and seasoned with garlic.
So when 10 Minutes are left on timer, place mushrooms on tray with tomatoes and potatoes.
Chicken should have an internal temperature of 165.
