High Court of Brazil is disrespecting Federal Constitution

For an example,the governor of Federal District was ousted by High Court after Riot in Federal buildings.The Constitution says that Superior Justice Court have the autorization to oust a governor after 16 of 24 deputies votes in Federal District.Alexandre de Moraes and others 8 of 11 judges ousted the governor of Federal District instead of Legislative Chamber of Federal District and Superior Justice Court.
