As I approach, 240 pm, Avenue B via Third St, the light quickly switched from green to yellow and red, you can see a white vehicle to my right which doesn’t stop, because it was very sudden, just ahead very, very CIA NYPD 5256. The whole thing was staged, including the large group, to get me into an “accident”, I noticed years ago, this mafia, masking itself as spy agencies controls these traffic lights.
