Cassini- the Lucifer Project

On Friday the 15th of September 2017 the spacecraft Cassini-Huygens will end its twenty-year mission by crashing onto the planet Saturn. Some claim this is a deliberate attempt to turn Saturn into a second sun with something called "The Lucifer Project". Could this be true?
