Moscow claims Soledar capture, Kyiv disputes it

Russia's defense ministry said its forces had seized the small town of Soledar, but Kyiv disputed that and said its forces were still fighting there. The battle, one of the bloodiest of the Ukraine war, has taken on outsized importance for Moscow after many defeats. Lucy Fielder has more.
