I decided to make a different dinner idea. I made a ground beef roulade, added some bacon and a few other things.

The result could not be different, everyone here at home loved this dinner recipe and now I'm going to have to make it more often.

Ingredients:

• 500g ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon oat flour
• Chives
• 1 small onion
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• 2 medium potatoes
• 150 g grated mozzarella
• 1 medium carrot
• 50 g pitted olives
• 200 g cream cheese
• Olive oil
• Bacon slices
• Hot paprika

Method:

Grate the mozzarella cheese, carrots and potatoes. Chop the onion and the green smell.

Place the ground beef in a bowl, mix the egg, oat flour, parsley and onion, season with salt, paprika and pepper. Knead well until incorporated, make a ball and set aside.

Forre a countertop with plastic film and open the ground beef reserved, forming a thin layer. Spread over the layer of meat: cheese, carrots, potatoes, olives and cream cheese.

Roll up the rocambole with the help of plastic film.

Place in a baking dish and wrap slices of bacon over it.

Spread a thread of olive oil on top, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
