2023 - Starting Portfolio

As 2023 kicks off - I want to share the things I’ve learned so far on this real estate journey. So to set the stage of where we are at today and what we’ve ✅ so far…here is our current portfolio:
• 1️⃣ flip
• 3️⃣ STRs
• 1️⃣ Land Development (Ongoing)
• 1️⃣ Fourplex (Under Contract)

We are looking to expand our STR portfolio this year and stabilize the fourplex we have under contract.

It’s amazing to think our journey started less than a year ago and look and see what God has done 🙌🏼🙏🏼
