DARRELL BROOKS: is WHITE jury or VENUE his ticket for APPEAL?

Some say Brooks gets his conviction thrown out due to the all white jury. Some say he gets it thrown out due to decision to not change venue. What's the law? And one last time: his self representing won't get him off either.
