Dr. Hodkinson is a well-known pathologist and one of the signers of the Great Barrington Declaration which claimed harmful COVID-19 lockdowns could be avoided via focused protection, by which those most at risk could purportedly be kept safe while society otherwise took no steps to prevent infection.
