Diana Finegan County Commissioner wants a castle point with Leland Ship

The biggest question is the deed. It will make a difference to others in the community and builders. Will this allow builders to sell homes without street access?
The vacation of county property to Commissioner Finegan.
a. Is this a GIFT of the county road property to the Finegans? Will both residences be one deeded piece of property? If the house on the point could be sold separately it would have to be without county road access. Is that correct? Or could it NOT be sold separately?
b. It was stated that other people in the county could also ask for their roads to be vacated as well.
