5K Prep Workout: How to get ready for a 5K
This is a Taper session 4 days out from a 5000m track race, where I tried to run sub 14 Minutes for the 5K
And before people say the thumbnail is clickbait. The runner in the red is a NCAA D1 athlete at Boise State and I'm an Adidas runner ;)
