Both Carmen Pun and Kevin Koo are successful investors who have come together to help those in China. Carmen was born in Macao and moved to Australia at six where she grew up. She decided to move to New York to help with a non-profit TV project.

Kevin grew up in Canada and decided that he didn’t think that money was very important to him. He also decided to help in New York with the TV project where he and Carmen met. They got married and now have a baby girl.

One day Carmen asked her parents how they made so much money without going to work while she was growing up and they said “real estate”. Carmen decided to try it, and soon both of them were involved.

But something was still in Carmen's heart–the people being persecuted by communists in China. Both she and Kevin have giving hearts and deeply believe in human rights. Kevin decided to get involved in a movie as a producer. The movie explains some traumatizing things that have happened to people who escaped. The movie has already been released in Canada and soon, the US.

Join us on this episode of the Freedom Chasers Podcast where we talk about investing, communism, human rights, and Carmen and Kevin’s life journey.
