They forged Mandy Landry’s dad’s signature on his COVID consent form. They also fabricated what he died from. It’s now on the record

Mandy’s dad Marven had a stroke and was taken to hospital. After nearly dying, he was in severe pain. An unsuccessful operation added complications. There was a lot that didn’t make sense. When Mandy investigated she became furious. This story needed to be on the record.
