Obama Admin laid the Pharma indemnity groundwork for the Vax Rollout through the DoD

New documents from FOIA reveal that under Obama, the DoD “amended the informed consent requirements during Emergency Use Authorization or public emergency” for clinical trials.

Meaning the Obama admin made it okay to violate the Nuremberg Code, so long as there is a “public emergency”.

Which is why the US government continues to extend the Emergency Use Authorization so they can continue to break International Law.
