The Jewish New Year Rosh Hashanah is a few short weeks away. I am so excited to share with you my meal plan, recipes and tables cape. I hope you will enjoy them.

Rosh Hashanah Menu:

🥗Salads:
Kale Salad with Apples and Pomegranates
Honey Carrot Salad
Arugula with Pomegranate Raspberry Vinaigrette
Beet Carpaccio
Avocado with Honey Lime drizzle

🐠Fish:
Sweet Mustard Salmon
Sea Bass with Pineapple Salsa

🍽Mains:
Lamb Soup
Caramelized Stuffed Onions
Stuffed Chicken
Brown Sugar RAck of Ribs with Fingerling Potatoes
Lentil Rice with Crispy Fried Onions

🥧Desserts:
Honey Cake
Apple Pie

🧅Stuffed Onions
Ground Meat
1/2 Cup of rice
1 onion grated
1 apple grated
1 tomato grated
1/2 Cup tomato sauce
Season with S/P

🍲 Soup
Intro a 5Qt pot filled with water add meat of choice
Potatoes
Carrots
Onion
Season with S/P chicken consommé, Bay leaves and garlic powder. Cook for 1 hour.

🐓Roasted Stuffed Chicken:
S/P
Paprika
Chicken poweder
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Pomegranate sauce
Tbsp oil
Stuff with apples, oranges and celery.
Bake @400 covered for 45 minutes then uncover for additional 45 minutes until Golden brown.
