Biden explains in great detail his encounter with Ukrainian President Poroshenko. Poroshenko had promised Biden he would fire Kostiantyn Kulyk the prosecutor involved in the investigation into Burisma (an energy company) founder Mykola Zlochevsky. Biden brags to the panelists and crowd about withholding a $1 Billion loan guarantee unless Kostiantyn Kulyk was fired. Drawing uneasiness from the panelists and cheers and laughs from the crowd. Biden gleefully recounts the prosecutor being fired within the 6 hours he had given them until he left.
