WORKOUT JOURNEY Ep. 9... Always give your best!| 2023

Hello world and welcome back to the channel. Todays workout was pretty abysmal in my opinion. I tried to capture some footage of me doing a full 3 sets, but my form was bad. I was going to post it all, but instead I decided to post my last set. It was the best out of all of the sets, but the reason I put the best clip up is to make a point. Always give your best no matter the circumstances. I adjusted myself the best I could and still got a good workout in. Remember, never give in and always push forward.
