It was a perfect Fresh Pow Day with just a hint of sunshine and temps in the 30's, the powder was perfect, and the weather was just right for a day on the mountain.

One of the first things you'll notice when you arrive at Alyeska is the resort's breathtaking beauty. Nestled at the base of Mount Alyeska, the resort offers panoramic views of the Chugach Mountains and the Turnagain Arm. The natural beauty of the area is truly awe-inspiring, and it's not hard to see why Alyeska is considered one of the most picturesque ski resorts in North America.

But beauty is just the beginning. Alyeska offers a wide variety of runs for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, from wide-open beginner runs to steep and challenging expert runs. The resort's six chairlifts and one tramway provide access to over 76 named runs, and there's always fresh powder to be found on the mountain's iconic "north face". If you're new to skiing or snowboarding, you'll appreciate the resort's ski and snowboard school, where expert instructors will help you learn the basics and progress quickly.

My first day at ski class was a success and the Alyeska ski instructors and staff were on point, they kept class injuries at zero, huge props to Kevin from Alyeska ski patrol and APU staff, I made it to chair seven and progressed from never skiing in my life, to skiing down a mountain in a few hours due to his expert instruction. I understand the fundamentals of making pie piece shapes and using that basic analogy with hands on instruction to learn three ways to stop and how to turn all in the first day!

I hit the easy ski route and ate it pretty good! I hope you guys enjoy the great scenery and ill find some better editing software!
