One of my favorite platforms to use has been Substack. Most people think of Substack as a newsletter program but it’s MUCH more than that. It IS an incredibly powerful e-newsletter tool, but it can also be used in so many ways as an effective component in a strategy to help you connect 1-on-1 with fans, followers or customers.
