Joe Biden under investigation by special counsel over classified documents

The US Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed a special counsel to investigate the confidential documents President Joe Biden kept during his time as Vice President.
This comes after a second lot of documents were discovered in his possession.
There are suggestions there might be a third lot of documents after Mr Garland made a brief comment at his press conference.
