ry this Prime Rib HACK next time you want to smoke meat. Ingredients ✅ 4-5lb Rib Roast ✅ Box Yo Mama Rub ✅ Pecan Pellets 1️⃣ Butcher rib roast to desired size and season heavily with BBQ Rub 2️⃣ Smoke at 225 degrees until 129 degrees internal. You can smoke at 275 if in a hurry but watch internal temp. (I’ve done this many times 😂) 3️⃣ IMPORTANT!!! ⛔️ Cover and rest meat for 20 minutes. The temperature should jump 5-7 degrees. Fatty cuts like ribeye do better at 135 minimum because of collagen breakdown . 4️⃣ Slice and enjoy!
