British Employment System (What’s wrong with the application process?!)

I want to share in detail how the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) work according TopCV’s review & critique. Of course, I understand very well that all these problems which I explain in this video can be NOT completely real but just marketing tricks to convince as many as possible applicants that they’ll never get the desired job unless they pay for “professional CV” … Alas, it’s not so simple because after I created and uploaded my video-presentation, comparing so MANY applications I’ve sent online with so small number of views in YT… I suppose all these “unsuccessful application responses” are not even copy/paste common letters to all applicants whose CVs are not even seen from the managers themselves. Sooner they are sent automatically from “no-reply” emails… Whatever is the truth or reason(s), I want to find WHY and HOW this system works at all! Anyway, in this situation, I plan to remove all my jobs from the field WORK EXPERIENCE and to replace them with key words showing what I WANT TO DO, WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR… At the same time to create another CV showing in detail all my ex- and current works in Scotland which to be used only if I apply for warehouse, factory, stores etc. (operator) positions. Any better ideas? Please share in the comments…

PS. Another issue with the application process are the EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS! (I forgot to explain them in the video so here shortly: MANY JOBS SITES HAVE THIS OPTION WHICH DOESN’T WORK! This means: SENDING POSITIONS WHICH DON’T MATCH WITH THE KEY SEARCH WORDS + NEGLECTING THE CHOSEN LOCATION AND PRACTICALLY SHOWING OFFERS FROM ALL THE U.K. (instead to select only what matches to my key search words, located not so far away where I can travel for no more than 2h!)

PS2. I’m also curious about what is the current situation with the application process in other countries? Does it work on the same or similar way?

PS3. Currently, I'm looking for suitable ways (matching my skills and/or interests) to start working only online depending by electricity, internet and PC (NOT by location, transport, team, colleagues, boss etc.)! To deal mainly or only with like minded people being useful each other. I want to find more people with similar interests and intentions (to work online from home).
