Unlike popular belief, choosing a partner is more than just how someone makes us feel. Only using our feelings to select our life partners is a recipe for disaster.

Love is a conscious decision that you make every day. Since it is a choice, you need to make sure to choose someone that their morals align with yours and not with your penis.

There are easy ways to find what someone’s morals are, it’s just a matter of knowing which questions to ask. What’s your best memory of your father. Big red flag if she has nothing good to say about him. They say that a women’s father is their first love, the same is true about men and their mothers. Unless she’s done self-development work, she will have daddy issues. AVOID a woman like this at all costs.

Ask her is she wants kids and how she would raise them. Does she believe in divorce? What does she think a man’s role is and what will she bring to the relationship? There are so many questions you can ask to figure out if the woman you’re speaking is worth investing your time in.

So many people are stuck in toxic relationships and don’t want to leave because of the time they invested. This is the sunk cost fallacy. This often happens because they choose with feelings and not logic.

Have respect for yourself, take the time to research the woman you’re considering and above all, always be ready to walk away!
