George continues, "And they even lie to their patients. They say, 'It is forbidden by law.' I heard this in Germany. I heard this in other countries. They tell you there is a law [that] forbids it. I have not seen any laws changing in the past ten years. The laws are still the same. But they tell you there are laws which forbid it."
